Currently most of my work is thrown on the wheel using a light stoneware and a porcelain clay.  The pieces that are more sculptural such as the wall hangings, tiles and bark baskets are hand built stoneware.  They are all fired to cone 10 in a soda gas kiln.  Occasionally I’m lucky to get some of my pieces fired in a wood and soda kiln.
