Yoga Classes

~Weekly yoga classes in person at Mineral City Yoga, in Spruce Pine, NC.

Monday 8:30-9:30 am ET, Strong Vinyasa Flow

Wednesday 6-7 pm ET, Mixed Levels Slow Flow

~Online Classes via zoom Sunday mornings at 9 am ET. Good Morning Yoga Flow, slow flow with mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Email me joytannerpottery@gmail.com to sign up and join the class!
